Chet Heil founded the company in 1976 as a small pump‑sales business built on hard work, honesty, and a commitment to serving local customers. In 1978, Al Carrison joined him, and together they expanded the company’s capabilities from selling pumps to drilling and repairing wells. Both men immersed themselves in learning every aspect of the well‑drilling industry, earning a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and deep technical knowledge.

After more than 40 years of dedicated ownership, Chet sold the business in 2017 to Robert Barron. Al continues to manage operations today, carrying forward the experience, values, and expertise that have defined the company since its earliest days. Under Al’s leadership,

the company remains committed to quality service, trusted workmanship, and the

long-standing relationships built over decades.
